Wind Pillar Hill or Bukit Pilar Angin is a hill with a wide expanse of grass. This place is located in Cikelet District, Garut, West Java, precisely behind Cikajar Hill. The attraction of this place is the meadow that resembles a savanna, besides that the cool breeze adds to the comfort. That’s why people call this place as “Sumbawa Van Garut”.

Camping
Wind Pillar Hill has a large area making this hill very suitable for camping. You can watch the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee. A very relaxing time for your soul. This place is suitable for camping with your friends or girlfriend. In addition, you can make a campfire at night while burning corn or enjoy the stars in the sky which gives its own sensation in the outdoors. Operational Hours
Bukit Pilar Angin is open 24 hours a day, the entrance ticket is IDR 10,000/person. Even so, you should visit this place in the morning – evening because the view is still clearly visible.
The trip to Bukit Pilar Angin takes about 3-4 hours from Garut city, therefore check all readiness from vehicles to supplies. Make sure your vehicle is ready for long distances, besides that you have to prepare food and drinks because there are still few shops in hilly areas. Also make sure to rest during the trip to keep your body fit.
